Payment Terms
- You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website (www.zuberrys.com) and for shopping at the time you submitted your order (Product Price).
- All payments are non-refundable (except as expressly set forth in the Terms and Conditions).
- As per rule 114B of the income tax act it is mandatory to submit PAN card copy for the below transactions :
For order value greater or equal to Rs.50,000/- for purchase of Gift Card, E-Gift voucher or Gift voucher.
For order value greater or equal to Rs.2,00,000/-with payment mode such as Debit/Credit card, Net banking/UPI/Wallets
Terms & Conditions for COD
- The maximum order value for COD is Rs.20,000/-
- The minimum order value for COD is Rs.499/-
- The minimum shipping fee of Rs.149/- will be charged for an order value lesser than Rs.1499/-. This will be added on the payment page before completing the purchase.
- Fine jewellery, products with warranty cards, high value products, Gift Vouchers
- Zuberrys Store Credits cannot be paid by using COD option.
- Please make Cash Payment at the time of delivery or you may opt to pay the eligible COD amount through digital mode of payment. For more payment options, please check with the courier executive at the time of delivery.
- Cash to be paid before accepting and opening the parcel.
- There are no additional delivery charges for COD option.

Terms & Conditions for Express Delivery
On Request: We are pleased to offer Express Delivery, as a faster delivery mode for certain selected products and PIN codes, wherein we shall make our best effort to deliver the products ordered by you on our website or app, within 24 hours of the order-received time. Express Delivery is available only for prepaid orders.
Please read the following conditions carefully, which you are deemed to have accepted by virtue of you selecting an order for express delivery:
- Express Delivery is applicable to selected products and PIN codes. You may check the serviceability of the PINCODE for Express Delivery before placing an order on the Product Description Page under the Delivery Service tab through the PIN code or on the CART PAGE at the time of placing the order.
- Express Delivery is available only for prepaid payments such as Net banking, Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets, E-GV, Gift Card etc.
- There are additional shipping charges incurred for Express Delivery Express Shipping charges of Rs.349 are applicable for an order value < Rs.1499.
- However, Zuberrys at its sole discretion may levy Express Delivery shipping fees as and when fit and the same deemed will be visible at CHECKOUT under the Order summary as “Extra Delivery Charges for Remote Location.”
- While we strive to deliver the order within the stipulated delivery timeline, in certain scenarios order delivery may be delayed due to operational challenges, regional restrictions, bad weather, flight delays, high volume of shipments during sales, or other unprecedented events. In such case we shall strive to make the delivery at the earliest.
- The Express Delivery is offered by us to you on a best effort basis and in case of the order delivery not being made within 24 hours, your sole right shall be limited to refusal to accept the order, in which case we shall process the refund once the shipment is received back by us. The refund will be processed to the same payment mode that was used while placing the order.
- We shall not be liable to pay you any compensation for delay in delivery and your sole right in such case shall be limited to refusal to accept delivery.
